Archie

Very sad Bassett Hound Archiethebassett2

Archie is 3-4 years old and is a very handsome Bassett Hound as you can see. He has been part of a family, but due to a change in circumstances he now finds himself in kennels and is heartbroken. He cannot understand where his family has gone and is very distressed.

Ideally we are looking for people with Bassett Hound experience, or similar. He may be able to live with another dog, although has been living as an only dog until now. He loves his walks and much prefers to have company for a good part of the day.

Archie is a lovely dog who really does not understand why his world has collapsed.

He is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

He is in kennels near King's Lynn in Norfolk, under the care of the RSPCA Norfolk West, but can be rehomed outside the county subject to a successful homecheck. Please email me, Jo, at Bully4us@aol.com or ring Penny Skate, the RSPCA rehoming co-ordinator, on 01485 541141. Please leave a message and Penny will ring you back asap.

Many thanks.
Jo

Thanks everyone, and thanks Tracy. I have been inundated with people wanting Archie LOL, so much so that I now have a waiting list for him! Some people came to see him today, with their dog, and a homecheck is being arranged. But as I say, if that doesn't work out I shall just go down my list!

Hopefully it will only be a matter of a few days to get him sorted now and in a home.

Cheers

Great news, they are unusual to see in kennels & as I said you could home him 10 times over.
