Bessie - Irish Wolfhound Cross
Please meet beautiful bessie! Bessie is an approximately 1 year old irish wolf hound cross (possibly with a German Shepherd) who found herself on death row in a council pound. Bessie is a lovely girl who adores everyone and everything! Bessie is nowhere near as tall as a full irish wolfhound - she is more the height of a tall greyhound.
Bessie adores other dogs - big or small, and is great with chickens and rabbits..she can be cat tested if needed. Bessie recently went to a short term foster home whilst she recovered from her spay, and this is what her foster mum says about her 'I love this dog so much! She is amazing!! Bessie made herself at home from the minute she walked through the door - finding her place amongst my household of 8 dogs (ranging from a little yorshire terrier up to a large mastiff cross!) Bessie has been an absolute pleasure to have around - shes been clean in the house, and is great offlead. I hardly noticed she was here - she just came and settled in as if she had never lived anywhere else. She is so loyal and loving and great to have around. Her only downside is thats she is strong on the lead, but this is easily sorted with time and training. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt this beauty will have a wonderful lifelong companion!!
Bessie has been fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Bessie loves other dogs so she must be rehomed where there is already at least one resident dog in the home. She would be too clumsy to live with young children, so she will need a home with children aged 8 plus.
If you could offer this simply delightful dog a place in your heart and your home - please email jodiesedr@hotmail.co.uk or call kymm on 07886 620009
