Handsome Hugo

Meet Hugo. He is approximately 18 months old and is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. Unfortunately, his current owner works very long hours and as a result Hugo is spending long hours in a crate. He is not neutered but this will be undertaken by the rescue.

Hugo has not been walked on a lead very much and needs to learn basic training. For this reason he needs an adult only home or one with children 15+. He travels well in the car and is quite content to sit in the car and watch the world go by.

Hugo is very treat orientated and he quickly picked up "drop" when playing with his toy so teaching him commands will not be a problem. Due to being left long hours he does have separation anxiety and can be destructive, although he is fine when crated. With patience and committment he can learn to be left for a few hours. Hugo is a very freindly and affectionate young dog and is housetrained. He would also benefit from attending training classes.
