TOM

Tom is a 2 year old male greyhound. He has a beautiful brindle coat and amber eyes that are very good at pleading for more cuddles!

Tom is a quiet but friendly dog who really loves getting chin scratches and enjoys just being around people. He likes his walks and always has a waggy tail when its that time of the day. Tom gets on very good with the other greyhounds in the kennels and hasn't caused us any hassle. He is a very easy going boy.

This pretty boy has sadly spent all his life so far in racing kennels, so new owners will need to be understanding for the first couple of weeks and allow him time to get accustomed to the new home environment. He has not yet been tested with cats, but this can be carried out prior to adoption if required.

**UPDATE 08/2010**

Tom has now travelled across to the UK where he is still waiting for his forever sofa.

He is a lovely boy who has come out of his shell quite a bit over the past few weeks and is now a lively, happy dog. He is full of fun and loves to play. We feel he would do very well in a home with another young dog that he could romp with and burn off some energy. He is quite small for a male greyhound, and is clean in the house. He is sure to make a smashing addition to a family.

**UPDATE 08/2010b**

Tom is now well settled in his UK kennels and is doing very well. His fun loving personality is really shining now that he’s used to getting so many hugs and cuddles. He is now friendly, lively and a lovely dog to be around.

Tom walks well on the lead, is clean in his kennel and is very good with other dogs both large and small. He is not cat friendly.

Tom is currently in kennels in Norfolk, UK. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, de-flea'd and wormed and a homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure.
