Bambi ~ 6mo Adorable CAT TRAINABLE Greyhound Puppy

BAMBI

Bambi is a 6 month old little greyhound girl. She is a stunning little lass with a silky soft blue brindle coat and adorable flopsy ears that tend to have a mind of their own!

Bambi was born in Kerry Greyhound Connection care as her mother came in to us pregnant. She was homed along with her 6 other littermates several months ago but has sadly been returned to us as she was not yet fully housetrained. She has now been in foster care for 2 weeks and is already starting to be clean in the house, though this will likely regress a bit once she moves to her new forever home due to the stress of the move.



Little Bambi is a delight to be around. She is friendly and playful and takes things in her stride. She is currently living with other dogs, children and cats and gets on great with them all. She is very lucky in that she completely escaped the racing greyhound life and is a gorgeous, well-adjusted puppy with no real behavioural issues. Like all puppies, she will chew if left to her own devices but she will listen to correction and is fast learning her table manners! She adores playing with toys and loves going out and about in her daily walks.

Bambi is currently in foster care in Norfolk, UK. She is vaccinated, microchipped, de-flea'd and wormed, though due to her age she is not yet neutered so new adopters will need to agree to getting this done once she is old enough. A homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure and Bambi will need a home where someone is around most of the time. This scrummy little girlie doesnt deserve all the turmoil she has had in her short life and really needs her next home to be forever.

Kerry Greyhound Connection is a small voluntary organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland and Norfolk, England and operates through a network of volunteers. We can look after approximately 50 greyhounds at any one time, in both Ireland and the UK.

Each dog is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given a full veterinary check before being adopted.
We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA. We work hard to match the right hound to the right home, and a homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure.
