Amber came into rescue after she was removed with 31 other rabbits from a home where they were just left to breed and breed. Amber was severly matted and under weight and it took a week to get the knots and matting out. We had to shave her back end as it was so bad and tight to her skin, underneath were open sores and wounds. Amber is now matt free and her wounds healed, she is spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped and ready for her a new home, being adopted. Anyone wanting to adopt Amber must be able to to manage and cope with the dailey grooming she NEEDS. cashmere fur is very fine and silky and though it might look smooth and you cant see knots, the fur tangles underneath and you can feel them.
