Bluebell ~ 3yo Stunning Blue Greyhound Possibly Cat Friendly (KGC)

BLUEBELL

Bluebell is a 3 year old female greyhound. She has a gorgeous minky blue coat with big, expressive eyes. This picture doesnt do her justice!

The lovely Bluebell is a very easy going girl who is no trouble at all in the kennels. She gets on very well with the other greyhounds, and has the potential to be cat friendly. This will be thoroughly tested before she goes to a cat home, but people with cats are free to enquire further about her.

Bluebell has spent most of her life in kennels and has never been in a home before. She will most likely go to a foster home once one becomes available to test how she is living with cats, and we will update once we know a bit more about her.

This very pretty girl is currently in kennels in Ireland, and can be transported via Kerry Greyhounds to the UK or Europe if a suitable home offer comes up. This will be organised and paid for by Kerry Greyhounds, and we ask only for a donation to help cover costs. She is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and a homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure.

Kerry Greyhound Connection is a small voluntary organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland and Norfolk, England and operates through a network of volunteers. We can look after approximately 40 greyhounds at any one time, in Ireland and the UK.

Each dog is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and given a full veterinary check before being adopted.
We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.

**UPDATE 05/2010**

Bluebell has now travelled across to a foster home in Norfolk, UK. She is sharing this home with a cat to see how she gets on living in close proximity to kitties. If she passes this final stage in her cat testing, she will be deemed as suitable to live in a home with cats.



Bluebell is a very beautiful girl with a feather-soft blue coat and striking eyes. She has been well behaved with the other dogs she has met, and enjoys being around people. She also loves her walks and can pull on the lead a bit at the start, though this settles down after about 10 minutes. With some regular exercise and training in this area, this bad habit should soon resolve completely.
