The Lancashire Hedgehog Care Trust is a charity based in Poulton-le-Fylde in Lancashire, dedicated to providing specialist care and treatment for sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs with the aim to release as many as possible back into the wild.
Our Rescue Centre currently cares for hundreds of hedgehog casualties every year. We are completely self-funded and rely solely on our own fundraising activities and donations to enable us to provide care and treatment for all our 'little patients'. Many casualties that we receive require weeks of intensive treatment - sometimes months, which can extremely time consuming with high costs.
