Lizzie ~ 2yo Beautiful Gentle Greyhound

LIZZIE

Lizzie is a 2 year old greyhound girl. She didn't make the grade at the race track and is now hoping to win someone's heart instead!

Lizzie has a silky soft white coat that is beautifully marked with blue patches. She is a real eye-catcher and sure to draw a lot of attention for her new owners when out on walks. She walks perfectly to heel and is a little star of a dog, not causing any hassle in the kennels. She gets on fabulously with the other greyhounds and loves a bit of fuss.

Lovely Lizzie has not yet seen much of the world outside of kennels. She has never been in a home before, so new owners will need to be a bit understanding during the first couple of weeks after adoption and allow her to settle in. It shouldnt take too long, however, before she's making the most of all the home comforts. Lizzie has not yet been tested with small dogs or cats, but these will be carried out soon.



Lizzie is currently in kennels in Ireland, and can be transported via Kerry Greyhounds to the UK or Europe if a suitable home offer comes up. This will be organised and paid for by Kerry Greyhounds, and we ask only for a donation to help cover costs. She will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption and a homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure. Lizzie is a really gorgeous girl who is waiting to blossom into a truly amazing companion with the right owners.

Kerry Greyhound Connection is a small voluntary organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland and Norfolk, England and operates through a network of volunteers. We can look after approximately 40 greyhounds at any one time, in Ireland and the UK.

Each dog is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and given a full veterinary check before being adopted.
We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.
