Naomi was rehomed and has come back to Four Paws through no fault of her own on Saturday 2/04/2011 and is currently in a temp foster home in Newport. Naomi was rehomed and has come back to Four Paws through no fault of her own on Saturday 2/04/2011. Naomi is now ready to be rehomed again. She would now be very happy living as an only dog with lots of human company or with another smaller dog who would like a playmate, she has become nervous of dogs bigger and bouncyer than herself although does come around after she gets to know them better.She would love a nice garden that she can run and race around in and play ball and lots of love and cuddles from her new family, she is a little pocket rocket love bug . Her recall still needs more work but she walks very well on lead and is really well behaved in the house, no problems at all. She is house trained, travels well in the car and is ok to be left for a few hours although she is a counter surfer and anything edible left out is fair game to her . She is best friends with a small terrior at the moment and they just love to play tug of war with a teddy bear. Naomi will make a wonderful companion for some lucky family and will love you to bits.
She can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, subject to a satisfactory home visit, but note that you will be required to travel to the foster home to meet her. A quick update on this gorgeous girl.
Naomi has come on in leaps and bounds since she came back to me. Her recall has greatly improved and is not so nervous as she was. She looks to Annie (the small terrior she is living with)for confidence and leadership and has learnt a lot from her. I would have to say that Naomi would benefit from being rehomed where there is another smaller dog that she can play and interact with and that would boost her confidence. She still gets anxious in crowded or noisy places and will bark at strange dogs when on lead, this is still being worked on. Off lead she is much better meeting other dogs although she always lets Annie the terrior go in first as if to tell her its ok and willl then follow her lead.
She is a real sweetheart
