Jessica - Jack Russell

Please meet Jessica!

Jessica is an approximately 7 year old jack Russell who found herself on death row as an unclaimed stray. Jessica is deaf, and although this doesn't hold her back in any way, it is something for her new owners to consider.

Jess absolutely adores people and is desperate to please. Jessica has been kennel sharing with a male jack Russell who has just been adopted, and sadly they couldn't adopt Jessica too...so she is now pining for a canine friend and a human family.

Jessica will need to live with another male dog for company and reassurance, but not a female.

As she is deaf, Jessica feels she needs to be on her guard when out walking so she isn't always 100% with strange dogs but gets on great with the male dogs she knows at the sanctuary.

Jessica will need a home without small furries or cats, and can live with children aged 8 and over

We would love Jessica to be rehomed with someone who has previous experience with deaf dogs, although this isn't absolutely essential for the right person.

Jessica brings a little ray of sunshine to our days here...she is always ready for a cuddle and she is always so pleased to see us..wagging her tail and almost smiling :o) she is clearly missing her old kennel buddy and we would love to see Jessica settled into a new home as soon as possible

Jessica has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped
