Bobby - 5 year old Bichon Frise - Great with dogs and older kids

Bobby is a beautiful 5 year old Bichon Frise who was handed into us a few weeks ago as his owner's are expecting a baby and don't think they will be able to meet his needs any more.

Bobby is a very sweet boy and although lacking in some basic training, he is good as gold and he is starting to learn his basics in his foster home.

Bobby absolutely loves to curl up on the sofa and have cuddles after a nice walk. His recall needs work but with consistent training and positive reinforcement he'll learn.

He is on foster with other dogs and two older children and getting along well with all of them. He has not yet been cat tested.

Bobby is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Bobby is on foster in South Wales but we home across the UK.

Fosterer update:

Bobby is doing well, he has put on a litte bit of weight now and has finished his initial vaccinations.

He is a sweet boy and listens when told to go and lay down. He stays away from the table when you are eating and sits in line with my two dogs when I am making his dinner.
He does like to sneak up on the sofa to cwtch but will stay off it if told.

He is completely house trained.

He seems to have been fine when left with my two dogs for a few hours and he is also quiet and clean during the night. He did have a little whine for the first few days when he was settling in and he was also a bit reserved but now he is settled, he has stopped whining and he loves to cwtch up and have lots of loving!

All in all, he's a lovely little dog and will make a great family pet!
