Jake - urgent

Jake is a handsome red & white boy and is 6 years of age. He is a delightful dog, great temperament, good with people & children and just wants to lavish you with the delights of staffie affection & kisses!

He is not a demanding dog and all he wishes for in life is a comfy sofa to enjoy the quiet life. He would appreciate a quiet type home with a garden, although due to his love of children could live with children 11+ if the household is not too busy that he would be overwhelmed & unhappy with this.

He enjoys his walks,has good recall off lead and loves his toys (especially shoes!). He is fine being left home alone, is not destructive and also enjoys the car. He generally gets on okay with other dogs, but recently has not been getting on with the other two dogs he is living with, therefore we will rehome Jake as an only dog and careful introductions will need to take place when meeting other dogs. He is a dog that has now decided he prefers his own company and doesn’t want to share his space with other dogs. He has a dislike of cats – even on the TV!

Jake is in good health and is neutered, vaccinated, wormed & micro chipped. He is carrying a bit of excess weight at the moment but is working hard to lose his extra pounds and with a bit of extra exercise and reduction in his food he will soon lose this weight.

Jake is being rehomed through no fault of his own but due to an unfortunate change of circumstances. Do you have the quiet and loving home Jake needs at this moment in his life?
